User seats
How many people need access — owners, procurement, warehouse, finance. Each role has different permissions and audit requirements.
Modules activated
Not every business needs every module. You activate only what your audit shows you need — purchase orders, deliveries, stock, reports, supplier verification.
Monthly transaction volume
Roughly how many purchase orders, deliveries, and stock movements you process. Higher volume means more evidence, more AI checks, more audit trail.
Control gaps identified
The audit report shows your highest-risk areas. Your proposal prioritises closing those gaps — not selling you modules you don't need.
Integration requirements

Why no fixed pricing on the website?

Because a 5-person construction company and a 200-person manufacturing plant have completely different procurement needs. The free audit tells us what you actually need — then we price that.

Is there a minimum contract?

Starter and Growth plans are annual with no long-term lock-in beyond the year. Enterprise plans are custom. Every plan includes a 14-day trial so you can confirm fit before committing.

What does the free audit actually check?

17 control points across your procurement workflow — how requests are made, who approves, how suppliers are verified, what delivery proof you keep, how stock moves, and whether payment evidence holds up. You get a scored report at the end.

Can I add modules later?

Yes. Most clients start with purchase orders and suppliers, then add inventory, staff requests, or reports as the team gets comfortable. Your pricing adjusts — not penalties, just the modules you use.

Do you offer discounts for NGOs or schools?

Yes. If you're a registered non-profit, school, or religious organisation in South Africa, mention it during the audit and we'll factor it into your proposal.
