This manual is published by Supplyd (Pty) Ltd, trading as SpendVault, in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000, as amended (PAIA). It explains how members of the public may request access to records held by the company and outlines the categories of records that may be available.
This web version is provided to make the company's PAIA information publicly accessible and easy to use. Where a formal signed or downloadable PAIA manual is later adopted, it may be published alongside this page.
The company's Information Officer is the contact point for access-to-record requests, POPIA queries, correction requests, objections, and other information rights enquiries.
Requesters should direct PAIA requests to the Information Officer using the prescribed form and enough detail to enable the record to be identified.
A requester who wishes to obtain access to a record held by the company should complete the prescribed PAIA request form and submit it to the Information Officer.
The company may require proof of identity and may request any fees permitted by PAIA before processing or releasing records.
Certain records may be available without a formal PAIA request, subject to operational availability and any lawful restrictions.

Where a request relates to personal information, the company will process the request in accordance with both PAIA and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), taking into account the requester's rights, the rights of third parties, applicable confidentiality duties, and lawful grounds for disclosure or refusal.
